Camille Short, LPC
In-Person and Telehealth Services
I have over ten years of experiencing in counseling. I have worked such as substance abuse treatment, child/adolescent and adult psychiatric and community based services. I have worked with clients from various walks of life that includes childhood to more seasoned members of society. I work from the mind frame that everyone has a story, and I am interested to find out where you are to help guide you along this journey called life. We all come across some points in our lives in which we get stuck or need a little guidance. I love to make all my clients feel open and comfortable with talking about what struggles are taking place along with what strengths are currently in place. I meet clients were they are and decide which method of therapy is right for you.
I have experience working with substance abuse, gender identity problems, anxiety, depression, phase of life problems, grief, trauma, peer relationships, self-harm, stress, women's issues, family conflict and many others. I also focus on the practice of marriage and family therapy and counseling. My focus is to work with problems that are a result of disturbances in the family and other types of relationships. I also focus to help those who are struggling in their personal and professional lives.
